1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use FIT-M8. By using the App, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your age, or create more than one account for deceptive purposes.

3. Acceptable use

When using FIT-M8, you agree that you will not:

• Post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that depicts anyone under 18.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use the App for spam, scams, solicitation, or advertising.
• Attempt to access another user's account or private data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's normal operation.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it to info@fit-m8.app.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the photos, bio, and messages you submit to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant FIT-M8 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it within the App for the purpose of operating the service (e.g. showing your profile to other users, and messages to your matches).

5. Matching and no guarantee

FIT-M8 helps you find potential activity partners based on the information you and other users provide. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that matches will meet in person, or that other users' information is accurate. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including any in-person meetings, and should take reasonable safety precautions.

6. Premium subscription

FIT-M8 offers an optional paid subscription ("Premium") that unlocks additional features. Pricing and included features are shown in the App and may change over time. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the App.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, photos, swipes, matches, and messages. You may also request deletion by emailing info@fit-m8.app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms other users or the App.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIT-M8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or your interactions with other users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which FIT-M8 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
